Fruity Pincushions

Mel had another sewing party last Thursday evening! It was so fun! I got there around 5 o'clock pm and left at 1:30 am!!! The group was much smaller this time and we all worked on different projects. Of course I decided to make another pincushion because I just can't seem to get enough : )I need quick satisfaction! Small projects = a happier me! All of us girls covered the strangest of topics and I literally had a hangover the next day from laughing so hard the night before! I intend on making sewing parties a big part of my life while I still live in Tucson! I am so thankful for the best group of friends a girl could ever have : )Thanks Mel for your hospitality!
P.S. The apple pincushion was given to one of my besties up in Seattle (Ricole) ~ she had an engagement party that I was unable to attend and the theme was Apples. Her favorite color has been and as far as I can tell will ALWAYS be Lime Green so the color turned out perfect. The Strawberry one is for me and the Pear is for my parents for Valentines Day ~ they are quite a "Pair" together!
